Last floor of the Renaissance Izmir hotel. First and foremost - big kudos to the chief cook and the kitchen team, great job. Delicious burrata salad as well as grilled seabass I ordered. Difficult to evaluate the atmosphere as at the time I was there (Sunday evening) it was half-empty. Talkative young staff (merhaba, Betül), sometimes they should pay more attention to guests instead of constantly talking to one another. Music from the loudspeakers does not fit. Italian songs would play better than disco.

The Skyfire restaurant has beautiful views of Izmir, Turkey from its rooftop patio dining area. The food on the menus is accommodating to all paler types. I stayed here for a month and tried just about everything on the menu, but my favorite items issuable come out during the daily happy hour with Hors d’ Oeuvre. My second favorite is the mushroom pizza. It is brink oven cooked and thin crust. The pie comes with plenty of cheese, I add black olives, and spicy spice. I would highly recommend.
I love this hotel—ever time we come we get great customer service at the front desk and beyond; the Skyfire restaurant is also a wonderful addition. What makes it so special is Emre. He has an eye for detail that I’ve witnessed throughout the years with every one and everything he comes to contact with, he is truly an asset to your organization. Thank you for a wonderful experience these past 5-6 years
Sky fire bar and restaurant is an excellent place for events. I had a promotion party there and it made for an extremely memorable occasion. The team put together an event package for us that included custom cocktails and stand up hors d’oeuvre menu for 40 people at a reasonable price. The view of the Izmir skyline and bay adds to the modern restaurant decor, great for outdoor events. Highly recommended booking small to medium sized personal or professional events at the Renaissance Sky Fire rooftop bar. Big thanks to Ilgın, Betül, Pelin, Veysel, İrem, Mert, Suleyman, Yücel, Emre, İzzet for INCREDIBLE service and professionalism!!!
